Do meaningful work in a place where your skills are used well, your work is seen, and your contribution is appreciated.
Villa Oasis provides medically supervised detox and residential treatment on a private estate in Rancho Santa Fe, caring for six residents or fewer at a time.
That size shapes the work. Our team knows every resident by name, sees their progress day by day, and has the time to deliver care the way it should be delivered.
We consider ourselves a family. We look out for one another, we recognize each other's contributions, and we believe the people who care for our residents deserve the same respect and support they give every day. Meet our team.
With a small census, you witness the change your work makes, from the first days of detox through the transition home.
Care is directed by our Medical Director, a board-certified addiction psychiatrist, working alongside a dedicated clinical team.
You will work on a private Rancho Santa Fe estate designed for calm, comfort, and focus, for residents and staff alike.
Villa Oasis is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services and accredited by The Joint Commission.
